How do I know my size for bracelets / rings?

Please reference our sizing chart here. If you happen to fall outside these ranges or need a specific size please contact us for custom sizing at no additional charge. However, please keep in mind that custom sizes are not returnable.

How do I maintain the finish of my jewelry?

Each piece of our jewelry will naturally develop a unique patina finish as you wear it. However, when not worn regularly the finish may start to darken due to oxidation. If needed, you can brighten the finish with the polishing cloth provided or similar jewelry care cloths. We also recommend you store your jewelry in the provided bag when not in use. You can also use a small dish of soap and water to clean every day dirt and grime.

Does your jewelry contain nickel or lead?

No products made contain nickel or lead. We use only high quality copper, .925 sterling silver and gold filled metals.

Will this product turn my skin green?

Due to different body chemistry, some people may occasionally experience skin discoloration early on when wearing copper. Usually the reaction diminishes the more you wear the jewelry. A protective oxide layer will develop over time which minimizes this reaction. This reaction is not an allergic reaction and is harmless.

When will my order ship?

Each item is handmade in our shop as orders are placed. Although our goal is as soon as possible, depending on the size of the order, you should expect 7 - 10 days to receive your item. However, if you need something urgent, please contact us and if possible we will work with you to get your order delivered when needed.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the customer receiving the product. We will offer a complete refund, item exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature, custom sized and / or custom engraved items are not returnable. If you do need to return a product please contact us to start the refund process.
